• Evaluate independent title agencies for compliance with underwriting agreements and state regulatory requirements
• Conduct escrow-trust operations reviews and title production practices assessments
• Prepare formal reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders and agency leadership
• Mentor staff and lead compliance reviews
• Manage relationships and represent the organization professionally

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• Strong understanding of ALTA Best Practices and corporate risk‑management standards
• Ability to perform audits and assess internal controls and operational infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and recommendations

• Experience in conducting special investigations and forensic reviews
• Familiarity with escrow and trust account examinations
• Ability to lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
• Previous experience mentoring staff or leading teams
