Payment Specialist; PLADS Leave & STD

• Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and resolving issues, adhering to standardized procedures
• Reconcile disability and statutory payments, reviewing claim files for variances
• Coordinate with disability case managers and applicable statutory states for compliance
  
  Research pending payments and resolve issues by contacting relevant stakeholders
• Communicate with policyholders and various departments to obtain information or confirm changes

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience
• Knowledge of IRS codes, regulations, and billing procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills

• Knowledge of STD/LOA products and/or finance experience
• Experience in customer service and personal services assessment
