• Manage on‑demand requests for policy‑related information from executives across the organization
• Develop clear and impactful briefing materials for senior executives in preparation for engagements with policymakers
• Oversee all back‑office operations for the Policy and Government Affairs team, including budget management and consultant oversight
• Lead the tracking of programmatic success metrics and performance objectives for the Policy and Government Affairs program

• 4+ years of progressive experience in a research, analysis, operations, or project management role, ideally within public policy or government affairs
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough research and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with experience managing budgets and contracts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on developing professional reports and briefing materials
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience working within regulatory affairs or legal programs
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
• High degree of self‑motivation and proactivity in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with lobbying disclosures and compliance matters
