Supply Chain Implementation Specialist

• Collaborate with clinical leadership and staff to manage and implement supply chain initiatives
• Support value analysis activities and communicate product changes to end-user departments
• Conduct utilization reviews of implemented products and track realized savings
• Identify opportunities for standardization across the health system
• Assist in monitoring department KPIs related to savings initiatives

• Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and data interpretation tools such as Excel, Power
  
  BI, or Tableau
• Experience in acute care/hospital or supply chain settings for at least 3 years

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Effective relationship‑building abilities with internal and external stakeholders
• Clinical or supply chain experience is preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks
