Crisis Intervention Specialist; part-time

• Monitor crisis queues for clients receiving therapy and participating in group sessions
• Screen risk and collaborate on stabilization planning for clients at risk of harm
• Complete all required documentation in alignment with compliance standards
• Serve as a key point of contact for crisis triage during client group sessions
• Conduct case consults with Care Team members as needed

• Independently licensed clinician
• Previous experience in crisis intervention preferred
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with flexibility
• Strong motivation and passion for mental health
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; familiarity with cloud‑based communication tools

• Experience in a high‑paced mental health environment
• Familiarity with relevant software such as Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, and EMR
