• Oversee staff performing Revenue Cycle activities to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
• Establish and enhance adherence to industry best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for revenue cycle management
• Manage Team Leads and A/R Managers, including payroll, process management, and capacity planning
• Support implementation activities and onboard new clients to revenue cycle management services
• Assist with customer experience related to service questions, system access, and process development

• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in Sr. Living and Skilled Nursing revenue cycle processes
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional detail orientation
• Knowledge of Sr. Living & Skilled Nursing revenue cycle management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in complex environments

• Prior experience working with Medicare rules, regulations, and billing codes
• Familiarity with EMR and clearinghouse functionality, particularly Matrix Care and Change Health Care / Inovalon
