• Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics for client and member events, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Manage event communications and prepare marketing or educational materials
• Serve as the onsite engagement lead, guiding members through registration and addressing issues
• Coordinate and manage engagement calendars, prioritizing activities across clients and events
• Support outreach efforts, including proactive communication and member engagement initiatives

• 1+ years of professional experience in event coordination, community outreach, administrative support, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with clients and members
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with collaboration/design tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience supporting onsite events or outreach campaigns with a focus on logistics and client interaction
• Comfort with client-facing responsibilities, including presenting information and answering questions
• Experience in a high-travel or event-heavy role
• Exposure to healthcare, wellness, or benefits-related fields
