Position: Patient Outreach Coordinator - CO Pharmacy Tech License Required

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
• Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy
• Review patient EMRs and chart notes to ensure familiarity with their conditions
• Identify medications that require special handling and necessary supplies
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 0-1 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related role
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License strongly preferred
• Licensed as a pharmacy technician in Colorado
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to empathize with patients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Previous customer service or outbound call experience
