Position: Clinical Specialist, TEG (Portland, OR/Seattle, WA) (Field Sales role)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage territory for existing TEG customer base and drive product usage growth
  • Train new and existing customers on TEG products and applications, providing ongoing support
  • Collaborate with clinical champions and key decision‑makers within assigned hospital accounts
  • Resolve technical, operational, and clinical customer concerns through effective investigation and solutions
  • Participate in product development needs and provide feedback to sales, marketing, and R&D teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related medical field (required);
    Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry or clinically related experience, preferably in complex medical devices or critical care
  • Knowledge of hemostasis management is required
  • Strong technical and clinical aptitude for training customers on TEG products
  • Ability to develop multi‑level relationships within defined territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a clinical setting involving critical care or complex medical devices
  • Advanced understanding of TEG technology and its applications in various clinical environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and market data analysis
  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role within the medical device industry
