• Gather information for patient registration and schedule appointments, verifying demographic and insurance details
• Monitor accounts routed to registration and obtain necessary financial clearance elements
• Act as a subject matter expert in navigating payer policies to ensure patient access to services
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve referral and authorization issues
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance throughout the registration process

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate's degree or higher preferred
• 1-3 years of hospital registration and/or insurance experience, with at least one year in a customer service role
• General knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of personal and health-sensitive information

• Knowledge of and experience with Epic software
• Familiarity with CPT-ICD
  10 codes
• Demonstrated customer service skills with effective problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to navigate complex environments and handle challenging situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Zoom
