Position: Care Admin Specialist (Part-Time)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Review and transfer patient data accurately between systems, ensuring compliance with established protocols
  • Maintain patient charts and records, ensuring all documentation is complete and organized
  • Enter and update patient information in databases and electronic health records as needed
  • Provide administrative support to admissions and clinical teams, including scheduling and correspondence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
