Key Responsibilities- Performs physical therapy evaluations
- Establishes plan of care to meet identified goals
- Provides treatments
- Evaluates effectiveness of treatments
- Modifies plan of care as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
- Effective leadership skills
- Proficient in organizing, delegating, providing education to patients, families, co‑workers
- Day Shift 10-40 // 80-hours per two-week pay period
