What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Monitor and analyze federal and state laws impacting government programs, ensuring compliance with legal obligations
  • Provide guidance in developing policies and procedures to support operational compliance across teams
  • Coordinate compliance audits, ensuring accurate and timely responses for Medicare Part C and Managed Medicaid
  • Assist with onboarding new government program customers, integrating compliance requirements into operations
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managed care setting
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with managed care laws affecting Medicare Advantage and/or managed Medicaid
  • Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs and operations of HMOs and Managed Care Organizations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, SharePoint, and Power Point
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage guidelines and state regulations applicable to Managed Medicaid
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree, JD, or paralegal experience preferred
  • Advanced legal research skills and exceptional organizational and analytical abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
