• Support product team with operational tasks including new product development and feature updates
• Develop collaborative relationships with other functional areas to gather information and ensure project timelines
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on product performance and market share
• Research competitor products and perform regulatory compliance analysis to inform team strategies
• Ensure compliance of Ambetter or Medicare product portfolios at state and federal levels

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, sales operations, business analysis, or portfolio management
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail in audits and project management
• Ability to comply with all policies and standards

• Experience with product compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector
• Familiarity with product performance metrics and key performance indicators
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis in the healthcare industry
