• Conduct member outreach initiatives to improve oral health outcomes and literacy
• Collaborate with internal teams and external community organizations to enhance outreach strategies
• Educate enrollees on oral health and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Track performance measures and report results to management and state agencies
• Organize community events to provide education on oral health and facilitate dental screenings

• High school diploma
• 2 years of job-related experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective oral communication and business writing skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Experience working in a managed care environment
• Knowledge of healthcare advocacy activities
• Knowledge of Medicaid program requirements
