Specialist, Rx Supply Chain

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day purchase orders across pharmaceutical partners
• Review and implement monthly forecasts
• Lead recurring calls with suppliers and serve as their main point of contact
• Assist with ongoing quality assurance of suppliers, including requesting necessary samples
• Help identify, implement, and track cost-reduction strategies

• 3+ years of work experience in supply chain, procurement, or a related field
• Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors preferred
• High degree of organization and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external decisions
• BS/BA degree

• Experience with Netsuite, Google Sheets, Sourceday, and other procurement tools
• Experience with supplier relationship management including performance management and negotiating
• Supply Chain related certifications a plus
• Experience with data analytics, with the ability to build and analyze basic reports
• Comfortable working in a fluid environment, managing fluctuating priorities
