Senior Associate, Provider Success

• Manage the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of Medical Groups, serving as the primary contact for providers and practice staff
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure effective onboarding of groups into the Stellar Program
• Utilize data and feedback to advocate for change and drive improvement in provider performance
• Align provider performance with key customer success metrics in partnership with account management teams
• Develop best practices for operational performance management within practices

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or health tech, preferably in Account Management, Sales, or Success
• Proven ability to influence clinical and executive stakeholders to drive behavior change
• Strong skills in translating complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to independently address and resolve account performance issues
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data dashboards (Tableau/GSuite)

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges
• Ability to thrive in collaborative settings and contribute to team success
