What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Conduct sales activities related to incoming group inquiries for guest rooms and meeting facilities
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests from clients and guests
  • Coordinate guest room and meeting room details, including proposals and contracts
  • Assist clients with meeting plans, room blocks, and overall hotel amenities knowledge
  • Monitor client experiences and relay feedback to management for service improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry, specifically in sales and/or meeting planning
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Outstanding verbal and written customer service skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with hotel booking systems and sales processes
  • Familiarity with group promotions and customer loyalty programs
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of hotel amenities and services
