- Conduct sales activities related to incoming group inquiries for guest rooms and meeting facilities
- Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests from clients and guests
- Coordinate guest room and meeting room details, including proposals and contracts
- Assist clients with meeting plans, room blocks, and overall hotel amenities knowledge
- Monitor client experiences and relay feedback to management for service improvement
- Previous experience in the hotel industry, specifically in sales and/or meeting planning
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Outstanding verbal and written customer service skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Experience with hotel booking systems and sales processes
- Familiarity with group promotions and customer loyalty programs
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality sector
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Knowledge of hotel amenities and services
