• Create and manage reports using Ulti Pro BI
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure accurate data management
• Support the implementation of Workday and other HR systems

• Strong experience in Ulti Pro BI reporting
• Experience with Workday implementation
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to switch between tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Cornerstone On Demand system
