Job Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with leadership to attract and acquire top talent across North America
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for go-to-market positions, focusing on high-volume sales roles
  • Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates, promoting the company’s opportunities
  • Drive the development of the employer brand across external platforms
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to implement best practices and participate in global initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a proven ability to drive success
  • Experience recruiting for sales, business development, and marketing roles
  • Previous experience recruiting for Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles preferred
  • Knowledge of US and Canadian employment laws and HR best practices is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition within a technology-focused organization, particularly in start-ups or mid-sized companies
  • Proven track record of driving change and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited resources
  • Skilled at establishing candidate- and business-focused recruiting processes
  • Strong creative problem-solving and analytical abilities
