We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Operations Partner - EMEA to support our EMEA strategy. This role bridges talent acquisition, associate engagement, and HR operations, ensuring seamless processes across the employee lifecycle while maintaining strong relationships with the EMEA region, wider business, and our associates.

As an HR Operations Partner - EMEA, a summary of your role involves:
  • Strategic Impact:
    Drive the development of a proactive associate pipeline aligned to EMEA’s business strategy, while maintaining strong engagement with current associates/contractors.
  • Facilitation & Communication:
    Apply excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of client organizations. Manage backlogs, risks, issues, people, and budgets to ensure delivery of products and services that achieve intended business outcomes.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
    Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and keep customers at the forefront of all activities.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Performance & Agility:
    Proactively support high performance within the team, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing expectations while delivering within agreed time frames.
Outcomes Sought:
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes.
  • Manage all Employee Relations cases such as Disciplinaries, Grievances, Restructures and Settlement Agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and provide guidance to the business on HR-related matters.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with business stakeholders to support operational excellence.
  • Manage all business-as-usual (BAU) regional HR activities.
  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of future associates aligned to EMEA’s strategic priorities.
  • Nurture and sustain relationships with current associates/contractors on the bench to ensure engagement and readiness for assignments.
  • Partner with our Global Talent Acquisition Team (TA) to provide complete and accurate requirements before sourcing begins.
  • Manage the associate/contractor newsletter, ensuring timely communication of key assignment dates and updates.

  • Proven experience in HR operations and talent management within a regional or global context.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both associates and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic talent pipeline development with day-to-day HR operational delivery.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience managing newsletters or internal communications.
Desirable skills:
