• BSc degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a relevant field
• 4-6 years of relevant HR experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Fluency in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Experience with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
• Focus on customer service with high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
