• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the tech industry
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to use multiple channels and creative approaches
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and influence decisions using data
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

• Experience in shaping employer branding initiatives
• Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems
• Demonstrated ability to improve candidate engagement strategies
• Background in working within a global team or organization
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability
