What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and influence decisions using data
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
