• Maintain communication with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts
• Develop candidate pipelines in niche areas based on business needs

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with 2+ years specializing in engineering recruiting in high-growth environments
• Proven track record of exceeding goals and targets
• Expertise in using sourcing tools and data-driven strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Gem sourcing tool
• Familiarity with the latest technology and recruitment tools
