What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a functional expert for the design, development, and testing of new technologies for HR functions, including recruiting, training, benefits administration, and payroll
  • Participate in team and inter‑team groups to develop People Soft and Kronos systems
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports for team metrics, processes, and audit controls
  • Implement audit controls for employee service center staff regarding payroll and benefits, identifying data risks and integrity issues
  • Assist in system testing for quarterly releases and maintain various tables within People Soft
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • College degree in Business, Human Resources, or IT, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 2‑4 years of increasingly complex experience in People Soft systems, including payroll and benefits administration
  • 1‑2 years of experience utilizing the Kronos timekeeper system
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Strong oral, written, and listening communication skills

  • Experience in developing and documenting new applications and processes
  • Good understanding of HR functions and knowledge of related laws and regulations
  • Problem‑solving skills with the ability to make appropriate decisions and multitask
  • Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and follow‑through
