What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a portfolio of employee relations cases, including conducting investigations and guiding performance management actions
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance and effective case resolution
  • Coach and advise managers on addressing performance and behavior issues
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Maintain accurate documentation of cases and track compliance with policies and legal requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an employee relations role with direct case management responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of employment law and workplace policy application
  • Excellent judgment and discretion in managing sensitive information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
