What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own end-to-end payroll processing for all global entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across multiple countries and currencies
  • Manage relationships with global payroll vendors, tax providers, and benefits partners
  • Lead payroll process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives to support global growth
  • Provide leadership and guidance to payroll team members or matrixed partners
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor payroll performance and risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including global or multinational payroll leadership
  • Proven experience managing payroll across multiple countries and regions
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, taxation, and regulatory requirements
  • Hands-on experience working with global payroll vendors and third-party providers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong control mindset
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and process-design skills
  • Experience with modern HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, iiPay, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with payroll data, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Experience integrating payroll with finance systems preferred
