Technology Analyst III

• Maintain and administer the HRIS Workday system
• Provide support for system configuration, reporting, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR systems issues
• Assist in system launches, enhancements, and changes
• Handle Level 2 and 3 HR applications tickets

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Workday, specifically in HCM, Security, Reporting, and Advance Compensation
• Proficiency in creating ad-hoc reports using spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and result-oriented mindset
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Enthusiasm, drive, and a desire to learn and grow
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in a global, fast-paced, high-growth organization

• Bachelor s degree in a related field
• Experience with system audits, compliance requests, and regression testing
• Knowledge of creating/enhancing HR ad-hoc and scheduled reports
• Familiarity with maintaining system security and access changes
