What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Enhance candidate experience by improving recruiting processes, scheduling, and onboarding
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recruiting workflows
  • Collaborate with Legal, People Technology, HR, and TA to implement new and refine existing processes
  • Generate and deliver recurring TA data, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with standards and internal policies throughout the candidate process
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2–3 years of experience in People Operations, TA Operations, or HR Operations
  • Hands‑on experience with recruiting systems and workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data generation and interpretation
  • Experience in project coordination or process improvement execution
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS systems such as Workday or Visier
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within a project plan
  • Familiarity with global HR practices and challenges
  • Previous experience in a technology-focused environment
  • Ability to embrace and promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace
