• Assist clients in testing and tuning detection logic to minimize false positives and alert fatigue
• Conduct research on exploits and vulnerabilities affecting customer environments
• Support customer escalations and provide documentation for self‑service inquiries
• Provide technical insights and assist in developing operational processes for the Threat Fusion Cell
• Maintain awareness of the current threat landscape

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, especially in distributed team environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems and SIEM software
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Power Shell) and familiarity with high‑level languages (e.g., C, C++, Go, Java)
• Experience in digital forensic analysis and blue team operations

• 5+ years of experience in information technology, security engineering, or information security, with relevant experience in Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, and Detection Engineering
• Familiarity with at least 2 cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified:
  Security Administrator Associate, GCFA, GCFE, or OSCP
