• Act as a strategic partner to functional teams, helping them interpret data and design reporting that drives decision‑making
• Conduct deep‑Dive analyses to uncover operational and financial trends
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from Snowflake and other systems
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports that measure performance across departments
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with accurate, timely data

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or a related field
• Expert in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot‑table modeling; familiarity with Power Query
• Proficient in SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server, or similar)
• Experienced with Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, or related field

• Experience with dbt, Python, or ETL tools (Fivetran, Azure Data Factory)
• Experience with automation tools like Power Automate
• Background in real estate, property management, or financial analytics
