- Co‑own complex deals with Account Executives, influencing stakeholders and navigating buying committees
- Design and execute proof of concept (POC) trials to validate impact and accelerate decision‑making
- Engage with technical stakeholders to create scalable integrations and produce system diagrams and data flows
- Coach peers on discovery processes, demos, and technical strategies while contributing to internal enablement resources
- 4–8+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Success, with at least 1 year in GTM tech experience
- Proven ability to lead technical validation and influence complex SaaS deals
- Experience with integration‑heavy customer life cycles, including knowledge of REST APIs and sales/marketing automation tools
- Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to present to VP‑ and C‑level stakeholders
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
- Experience at a fast‑growing product‑led growth (PLG) or dual‑motion SaaS company
- Success as a player‑coach, mentoring peers and contributing to scalable assets
- Recognition as a thought leader in sales technology and Rev Ops best practices
