• Lead requirement gathering sessions with customers and propose solutions following PAM best practices
• Design, implement, and deploy Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
• Act as a technical subject matter expert in the PAM domain
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Security or a technology-related field, preferably in Identity and Access Management
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience
• Implementation experience with at least two PAM solutions such as Cyber Ark, Centrify, Beyond Trust, or Saviynt PAM
• Integration experience with on-prem servers, AWS, Azure, GCP, and other platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce quality documentation

• Experience with PAM best practices and a trusted advisor mindset
• Proven presentation skills and the ability to influence business decisions
• Knowledge of platform security and administration across various operating systems
