- Support the pillar’s operating rhythm through planning cycles, key ceremonies, and roadmap maintenance
- Identify and implement process and communication improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues
- Facilitate budget planning activities and maintain operational metrics for transparency
- 5–8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or related roles
- Proven ability to manage planning cadences and cross-functional alignment in complex organizations
- Experience in management or operations consulting, or strategic operations roles
- Strong communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with operational and AI tooling, such as Linear, Jira, Confluence, Looker, and Google Workspace
- Program/project management certifications (PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma)
- Prior exposure to cryptocurrency/blockchain platforms and interest in Web3
- Experience managing dependencies and risks at scale
