Position: Staff Product Manager, Card Experience

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own the "Pre‑Swipe" Vision by defining the long‑term strategy for Card Activation and New User Experience
  • Build net‑new features to drive user activation, such as gamified onboarding and instant wallet provisioning
  • Manage the end‑to‑end checkout and activation funnel to eliminate friction and optimize user experience
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering and Design, to ensure world‑class user experience
  • Work with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to create seamless onboarding processes while adhering to regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks
  • Proven experience optimizing high‑stakes conversion flows like checkouts and sign‑ups
  • Demonstrated ability to launch new products or features that significantly change user behavior
  • Strong technical and design fluency, including an understanding of API constraints and UI/UX design principles
  • Experience leading without authority and aligning senior stakeholders in ambiguous situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Proficiency in SQL/Amplitude for data analysis and problem‑solving
  • Experience in a remote‑first work environment and familiarity with remote collaboration tools
  • Background in user experience research and user testing methodologies
