The Role
As a Digital Account Director, you will serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to key clients, driving full-funnel, data-informed marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth for both our clients and Wpromote. You will leverage your deep understanding of digital marketing, cross-channel media, and analytics to craft integrated strategies that connect marketing performance to bottom-line results.
This role requires a balance of strategic vision, business acumen, and hands‑on leadership, guiding teams to execute innovative, results‑driven campaigns that elevate client success and fuel agency growth.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $102,000- $135,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third‑party salary benchmark surveys.
Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
* This position may be performed remotely from most U.S. states, with some exclusions. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Eastern and Central time zone to best support client needs.

- Leading client partnerships as the primary relationship owner and strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between client objectives and agency strategy
- Driving client and agency growth by proactively identifying opportunities to expand engagements and introduce new solutions
- Developing a deep understanding of each client’s business model, industry landscape, and competitive position to guide marketing strategy and innovation
- Partnering with internal channel experts to craft integrated, multi‑channel marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes across paid media, SEO, email, social, and emerging platforms
- Translating performance data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence client decision‑making and strategic direction
- Overseeing account performance, profitability, and forecasting, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations
