- Oversee multiple stakeholders and project schedule interdependencies within the program management office
- Communicate effectively with a geographically dispersed project team, including subcontractors and client personnel
- Resolve complex project scheduling issues semi-autonomously with project stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and plans, including project deliverables and client responses
- Support project management and scheduling activities to ensure successful project execution
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical project management, project scheduling, or business process improvement
- Consultancy experience with large, complex projects
- Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft products:
Power Apps, Power BI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with/certification in methodologies such as SAFe, Pro Sci, Lean Six Sigma , or LUMA HCD
- Familiarity with project management software, dashboards, and automated agile tools
- Strong working knowledge of Power Automate and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Previous project management consulting experience
