- Utilize data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and influence merchant strategies
- Establish relationships with executive stakeholders to align business goals and drive mutual success
- 12+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related commercial leadership roles, with 5+ years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of scaling client success or account management teams in high-growth environments
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to create actionable plans
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders
- Experience with SMB segment strategies and scalable customer engagement models
- Experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech sectors
- Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in fast-paced environments
