What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Client Success team supporting SMB merchants across multiple verticals
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for SMB Client Success, optimizing performance metrics and coverage models
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance merchant engagement and adoption of affirm solutions
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and influence merchant strategies
  • Establish relationships with executive stakeholders to align business goals and drive mutual success
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 12+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related commercial leadership roles, with 5+ years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of scaling client success or account management teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to create actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with SMB segment strategies and scalable customer engagement models
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in fast-paced environments
