Paid Search Coordinator; Account Coordinator

• Provide vital production support for the account team, including running and formatting performance reports
• Implement account tasks and optimizations, and build and upload campaigns
• Participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, taking detailed notes
• Monitor daily performance and identify trends, making necessary adjustments to campaigns
• Create and manage campaigns across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including functions like vlookup, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
• Understanding of paid search metrics and ability to navigate platform UIs for reporting and campaign management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to QA work to ensure data accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and master higher-level concepts in paid search over time

• Previous experience in digital marketing or paid search campaigns
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
• Understanding of SEM methodologies and performance metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
