- Partner with engineering and design teams on API design and developer experience
- Define API access control and monetization requirements in collaboration with relevant teams
- Engage with developer tooling companies to create strategic integrations for improved user experience
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or developer tools
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture, patterns, and API best practices
- Experience with third-party APIs and designing RESTful APIs
- Proven success in delivering customer value through iterative product development
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Understanding of incident response and Dev Ops workflows
- Located near a Pager Duty office in Toronto, Atlanta, or San Francisco
