Principal Software Engineer- GenAI

• Drive the technical vision and execution of advanced AI-powered solutions across multiple initiatives
• Design and implement core AI services, including model orchestration and prompt engineering frameworks
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate large language models into production systems
• Mentor and guide engineers on modern AI development practices and ensure compliance in AI solutions
• Champion continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices for AI features and models

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or a related field
• 7+ years of software development experience and 5+ years of strategic leadership experience
• Expertise in scalable, resilient, cloud-native microservice development using Java, .NET, Python, or Type Script
• Experience with AI/ML systems, including large language model integration and retrieval-augmented generation
• Knowledge of data security, compliance, and responsible AI principles

• Hands-on experience with transformer-based models such as Hugging Face or Lang Chain
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for software delivery automation
• Experience building monitoring and observability for SaaS products
• Knowledge of Terraform/Ansible or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) platforms
• Experience with event-driven architectures and tools like Kafka
