• Define and execute an ambitious product documentation strategy within the machine learning areas of Anyscale and Ray
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch documentation and usage examples that drive product adoption
• Engage with users and customers to identify gaps in documentation and improve clarity for technical products
• Create and distribute technical documentation, blog posts, and other resources to facilitate user understanding
• Partner with marketing on webinars and feature launches to enhance user engagement and product visibility

• 4-6 years of work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Technical Writing
• Strong customer orientation and technical understanding, particularly regarding developer workflows
• Experience in open‑source communities, Infrastructure, SaaS, or cloud environments
• Deep understanding of the Machine Learning/AI landscape and its documentation needs
• Proven ability to drive documentation strategy for product features from inception to rollout

• Management experience in a technical writing environment
• Experience working closely with Data Scientists, Software/ML Engineers, or Dev Ops teams
• Previous involvement in the adoption strategies for technical products or features
