• Serve as the People Technology partner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Total Rewards teams, including Compensation, Equity, Benefits, and Mobility
• Act as the technical point-of-contact for Workday Core and Advanced Compensation, providing expert guidance and solutions
• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology projects within the People Technology space
• Proactively identify and implement automation and process efficiencies across the People Technology stack
• Mentor and educate team members on system configuration and data models to enhance technical skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Workday, with in-depth knowledge of Compensation, Advanced Compensation, HCM, and Reporting
• Proven experience as a Workday Lead Analyst or similar role, demonstrating ownership of complex technology processes
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, with a creative, solution-oriented mindset
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical issues
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience building complex tools and self-service solutions within Workday, including using Worksheets or dashboards
• Ability to leverage cutting-edge technology (e.g., Gemini AI, Workato) to optimize business processes
• Familiarity with scripting/query languages (e.g., XSLT, Google Script, Power Query) for system enhancements
