• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI research, messaging, and context capabilities
• Enhance AI research agents to provide actionable insights for sales teams
• Build context systems to improve the relevance of AI outputs for users
• Own AI‑powered messaging tools to create personalized emails at scale
• Build and scale evaluation infrastructure to ensure quality and trust in AI outputs

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years launching AI/ML products
• Proven track record of shipping AI features that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Proficiency in Python/SQL for data analysis and prompt evaluation
• Understanding of LLM architectures and evaluation frameworks
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with ML engineers while focusing on user outcomes

• Familiarity with sales workflows and CRM systems
• Experience building for SMB users with a focus on simplicity and results
• Founder background or experience in AI product strategy
