• Identify, interpret, and communicate information security issues related to the employer's systems and third parties
• Track and report on the status of security issues and remediation plans
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging risks, and legal/regulatory changes
• Collaborate with business partners and technology teams on enterprise-wide processes
• Engage with third-party risk management stakeholders regarding high-risk security issues

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Risk Management
• Four or more years of related work experience
• Strong knowledge of information security policies, controls, and infrastructure
• Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI DSS)
• Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry

• Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Familiarity with IT GRC tools (e.g., Modulo, Archer)
• Experience with security management standards and frameworks
