What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead customers through digital experience transformation focused on Search and Merchandising capabilities
  • Drive change by executing a roadmap that leverages AI‑powered solutions to enhance eCommerce experiences
  • Collaborate with customer leadership and internal teams to translate potential into measurable outcomes
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to both customer and internal teams
  • Own customer satisfaction and value demonstration in strategic accounts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or onsite product discovery/search
  • 2+ years of experience with digital experience or commerce technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret raw data
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI and a willingness to learn and apply AI tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Hands‑on experience with SaaS solutions
  • Customer Success experience in a related field
  • Familiarity with Site Search, Merchandising, SEO, and A/B Testing tools
  • B2B experience in digital commerce
