• Develop analytical frameworks and models to evaluate program outcomes
• Design dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data governance and quality

• Bachelor’s Degree in data science, analytics, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or visualization
• Experience in data governance, data quality, and metadata management
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL-based analytics

• Experience supporting VA or federal healthcare modernization programs
• Knowledge of ML workflows and predictive analytics in healthcare
