• Oversee the technical performance and operational integrity of IoT systems within the assigned region
• Provide expert diagnostics and support for Azure IoT services and integrated applications
• Maintain knowledge of deployed solutions and configurations in the region
• Lead root cause analysis and present findings to the management team
• Manage service tickets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IoT systems or smart building technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Azure IoT and telemetry systems
• Strong expertise in network infrastructure and connectivity protocols
• Experience with enterprise support tools such as Service Now and ICM

• Proven ability to create and manage technical documentation and knowledge bases
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
