• Align technology solutions with business strategies and identify opportunities to enhance business processes
• Serve as a technical liaison with vendors and advise customers on system functionalities and implementation requirements
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel
• Document projects and technical concepts clearly for business understanding
• Manage multiple projects effectively in a cross‑functional environment

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT
• Strong understanding of project management concepts for planning and executing projects
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Must complete Epic's proficiency program within 6 weeks if no active Epic certification is held

• Experience in business process re‑engineering or process improvement
• Active Certification in Epic Optime and Anesthesia
• Knowledge of HL7 standards
• Proven experience in the strategic use of technology for business management and growth
