- Create, maintain, and govern internal and external Knowledge Base content, including user guides and FAQs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Develop and standardize content to ensure consistency across information platforms.
- Analyze user feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement in documentation.
- Manage documentation for new feature launches in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing for complex software products.
- Proven proficiency in producing effective Knowledge Base content for diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and a results‑driven attitude.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including engineering and product management.
- Familiarity with medical and clinical terminology, especially in EHR workflows.
- Experience in the healthcare, health tech, or life sciences space.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and ability to explain AI‑powered features to nontechnical audiences.
- Background in defining documentation formats or setting up documentation infrastructure.
